To be clear, Geolocation isn't what Whois normally displays, it just shows the IP address blocks owners' address. So, for instance for those unfamiliar, a GoogleBot's Whois is displayed as:
In bold is what is normally displayed, the IP address block owner's physical address. What's been happening lately, however, is that the second paragraph's IP address block owner is incorrectly listed as a physical P.O. Box address in Amsterdam, NL. (See OP). It's still happening in certain cases and I'm trying to understand why. It's as though the correct address is being hidden for some reason. Strange.Whois
