[3.3.x] Support Forum • user can post, but needs mod aproval, how to disable ?

installed latest version here after a longtime
setup whent good, setup was also ok
i made a dummy test user to check things out
and when the dummy posted something the next thing was in the post

This post is not visible to other users until it has been approved by a moderator

i digged now hours in it ,and i cant find a solution, most solutions are for older versions,
any suggestion?
