I would also go to at least v7.4 on php (if not higher).
The errors seem like you are missing files. Which update method did you use? Ideally the Full Package one is the one you should be using unless you have mods.
Also, make sure you use a good FTP client and make sure you do all binary mode if using Filezilla. Do NOT use your hosting web based FTP and don't decompress files on the server,... do that on your computer and then upload file a FTP client.
