Hello, I have the same issue, but deleting the folders and files did not help. I followed upgrade procedure from 3.2.x to 3.3.x and when I try to update the database, this error is shown:
The first query result is:and the second query doesn't return a value.
This is a MariaDB (Server-Version: 10.11.5-MariaDB-deb10-keen - Debian 10)
