I get this error when I enter the at5taqhment settings

i am currently on 3.3.12 and want to fix the error before updating to 3.3.13

Your prosilver style.cfg is 3.3.8 which implies that the update to 3.3.12, if you did that, wasn't done properly
You have a valid certificate so your cookie_secure should be set to True.
dmzx/filedownload >>>composer.json mentions phpbb/phpbb">=3.1.0,<3.3" I

BTW you're using Halloween style for phpBB 3.2.1

Already too many red flags


Take a database backup (full).
Uninstall Halloween and set prosilver as default style
Check all your extensions for compatibility and disable the outdated ones, download updated versions for use once your board is updated properly
You might as well re-update to 3.3.12 first (this time upload the full package to see if the attachment issue is solved).

BTW there is a version of Halloween for 3.3.13 (only install that after a successful update to 3.3.13)
