The language packs provided on here only translate the built in text of the forum, like the words post, reply, user control panel etc etc.
To translate the content that the users have added you would need something like this

It's worth noting though that they're not perfect (which might lead to confusion or misunderstanding) and traditionally people stick to a board that originates in their own country (or language). Give it a few months and then check how many people are on each of those language packs and you can probably delete 99% of them again. It's less stuff to update too.
