Please describe your problem. If I set maximum filesize to 10MiB, and image dimensions to 1200 x 800, and attach a 9.4Mb, 4000 x 3000 image , it's shrunk to a few hundred Kb and those dimensions. However, another admin gets a warning that an 800 x 1067 image (don't know how many Mb) is too big and must be less than 1200 x 800.
I can understand if the Image dimensions settings is to prevent the upload of large files, but why does it allow me to, and shrink the image in the way I'd like it to work or all users, but not another admin?
Am I right in thinking that there is no way to get phbBB to auto-resize natively, and there are no extensions for 3.3?
