Why do you feel the need to drag it up again? If you don’t fully understand the use of the word ‘legend’ in the English language I fully understand but I suggest you do some research on sites in your own language to enable you to understand it.What legends (not the unsubstantiated story kind) or captions do is provide descriptive textual information like paintings often have a plaque with relevant information.
