[3.3.x] Support Forum • Forum offline after update to 3.3.13

Hi guys I need some help. After updating to 3.3.13 from 3.3.12 my forum is offline.

I backed up the entire file structure. Deleted the folders as per the instructions, copied the files over. First time around got a load of errors.
So deleted the files again and recopied:


This looked okay but when I try and access the forum I get:
Any ideas as to what I need to do to get things working?

HELP!!! I'm really desperate here.
