What is it your trying to do exactly? Changing the forums default language is easy enough but the keywords bit is confusing me. All you need to do is log into the ACP and then go to General ![:arrow:]( "Arrow")

Board Settings. Then you can change the language there. Of course you'll need to install a language pack first.
