[3.3.x] Styles Support & Discussion • adding a 190x190 banner on the right of the index page

Hi guys how can I add a 190x190 banner on the right of the index page if you see my index I have modified the template over time, and there is a lot of space after text, any help would be much appreciated.

I have removed the 3 columns topics, post and last post., that is where I want the square banner to reside.
